Jim has spent 30+ years training people, and we still do personal fitness consulting today. So the questions start with how you train and who's using the room, not with what's on the floor this month.

Fifteen brands and no house line
Life Fitness, Woodway, Hoist, TRUE, Freemotion, PENT, Power Plate, Ropeflex and more. It's the largest selection in Northern California. We don't manufacture anything, so we have no quota to hit and no reason to steer you.

Touch it before you commit
You're welcome to train on it in our San Mateo showroom before it goes in your house. Floor models, pre-owned equipment, and financing all exist for a reason: there's usually more than one way to reach your number.

Most home gyms we design land between $15,000 and $150,000 depending on size and equipment. We give you a range at the concept stage, before you commit to anything.
A functional home gym starts around 150 square feet. 300 to 500 gives you cardio, strength, and floor space without feeling cramped. We'll tell you honestly if your room won't work.
We design and install across the Peninsula, San Francisco, Marin, and the South Bay, with selected coverage in the East Bay, Napa, and Monterey. That includes Atherton, Woodside, Palo Alto, Mill Valley, and Pebble Beach. See the full list of cities below, or call us with your zip code.
Regularly. We can come in at the drawing stage and hand your architect a CAD layout with equipment footprints, clearances, power, and floor loading already resolved.
Design and concept usually takes one to two weeks. Equipment lead times run four to eight weeks depending on the brands, and installation is typically one to three days.
