Life Fitness treadmills
Life Fitness treadmills are known for the FlexDeck shock absorption system, which eases impact on knees, hips, and back without making the running surface feel soft. Consoles range from clean, simple displays to large touchscreens with streaming and on-demand workouts. Built to commercial standards, a Life Fitness treadmill in a home gym is effectively over-engineered for the job, which is exactly why it lasts.
Arc Trainers and ellipticals
The Arc Trainer is a Life Fitness signature you will not find from other brands. It moves in a natural arc rather than the flat oval of an elliptical, which many people find noticeably easier on the knees while still delivering a strong cardio and lower-body workout. If a standard elliptical has bothered your joints, the Arc Trainer is worth trying in person. We also carry the full Life Fitness elliptical line for those who prefer the classic motion.
Bikes and rowers
Life Fitness cardio also covers upright and recumbent exercise bikes, studio indoor cycles, and rowers, all built to the same commercial standard. Good options when you want lower-impact cardio or are rounding out a complete room.
Strength: Life Fitness and Hammer Strength
On the strength side we carry Life Fitness home gyms and functional trainers, cable machines, benches and racks, and selectorized machines, plus the Hammer Strength plate-loaded line that serious lifters know from commercial weight rooms. Whether you want a single adjustable pulley for a garage or a full multi-station setup, the range covers it.
Come try it before you decide
The difference between machines is something you feel, not something you read. Our San Mateo showroom has Life Fitness equipment plugged in and ready, so you can compare treadmill decks, test the Arc Trainer motion against a standard elliptical, and see the consoles in person. The people helping you are trainers, so the conversation starts with how you train and what your body needs.
