Balance Fitness offers white-glove delivery and professional installation throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, along with complimentary pickup at our San Mateo showroom. Delivery outside the Bay Area is available by custom quote.
White-Glove Delivery & Installation
For clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, we offer white-glove delivery and professional installation in the room of your choice. Balance Fitness partners exclusively with authorized service technicians to ensure expert assembly, calibration, and performance of your equipment.
Delivery and installation are coordinated personally. Our delivery manager will contact you to schedule an appointment at your convenience.

Delivery Timelines
In-stock products: Typically delivered within 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday). Our delivery manager will contact you to schedule a day and time.
Custom or out-of-stock products: Typically delivered within 2–4 weeks. A manager will contact you within 24 hours of your order to discuss details. Tracking information is provided once your shipment is in transit.
During periods of elevated demand or severe weather, minor delays may occur.

Base delivery and installation is charged at checkout. Stair fees and any additional services are quoted separately before we schedule your delivery.
Shipping Outside the San Francisco Bay Area
Balance Fitness ships out of state and to destinations throughout California outside our local delivery area. These deliveries are priced individually based on destination, equipment, and site access, and are not calculated at checkout.
Call (650) 348-1259 for a customized shipping quote. Our delivery manager will price your delivery, confirm available installation options for your location, and review timing before your order is approved for shipment.
Orders placed online for addresses outside the Bay Area are held pending quote approval. Nothing ships until you have reviewed and approved the delivery cost.
Additional Services
Stairs: Stair fees apply per the table above for 1–15 steps. Standard stair rates may not apply to spiral or exceptionally narrow staircases; these are quoted individually.
Equipment removal: $75 per 15 steps.
Specialized equipment: Saunas and commercial-grade cardio and strength equipment may require additional delivery coordination and installation services. Call (650) 348-1259 and our team will provide full pricing transparency before your order is finalized.
